aWe are a full services business IT solution with a focus on secure site design, hosting and management. However we also offer project management support and in fact all of our processes for build and delivery utilize SCRUM methodology and our service and support processes are guided by ITIL

How much do your services cost?

aOur services price range various based upon the types of services that are needed. We partner with our customers to assess their needs and develop a comprehensive project plan with a cost analysis to ensure that cost options are always available and pricing is transparent

How long does it take to make a design?

aEvery client and opportunity is unique. We utilized project management methodologies to establish requirements, design the project, build the online presence, perform user acceptance testing, and then go-live. The complexity of each situation dictates the timeline

What does the design process look like?

aThe design process starts with a requirements assessment meeting. From there a draft is sketched and presented, features and functionality are discussed and mutually agreed upon, and then the build process can begin

Where are your offices?

aWe are headquartered in Columbus, Ohio but we employ a distributed workforce model that allows our team to live anywhere in the country that they so choose.
